Orthodontic treatment is an important investment and we want to make your decision to receive orthodontic care affordable. Our office offers complimentary consultations that include an examination, x-rays, digital facial and intra-oral images and a discussion of recommended treatment.
Payment Methods
No Down Payment: At your consultation appointment, we will figure what your monthly payment will be. The day braces are placed, your first monthly payment will be due. Then monthly payments will be due on the first of each month. We can give you a coupon book where you can mail us a payment each month, or your payment can be withdrawn on the 15th of each month from your choice of your checking, savings or credit card account.
Chase Health Advance Financing Options: This financing option will allow you a payment plan that fits your budget and offers the following advantages:
No interest payment plan for up to 24 months
No pre-payment penalties
* Extended payment plans beyond 24 months for patients who prefer an even lower monthly payment are available with a finance charge.
Down Payment and Monthly Payment Plan: Finally, we offer the typical orthodontic payment plan with a down payment of 20% of the case fee. The down payment is due the day treatment begins and monthly payments will be due by the 15th of each month, until the orthodontic case is paid in full. Your payment will be withdrawn monthly on the 15th of each month, from your choice of your checking, savings, or credit card account.
Insurance: Below are just some of the insurances that we accept. If your insurance is not listed below, please ask our staff for a full list of ones we accept. You will need to provide us with your insurance information at your first appointment. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
